Chicken Stuffing

Ingredients

1 pkt chicken stuffing mix - (12 serving size)
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
3 cans cream of chicken soup
cup milk
2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and place in 5-quart crock pot. Stir in 2 cans of the soup.

In a mixing bowl, stir together cubed chicken, remaining can of soup and milk. Spread over stuffing in crockpot. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hour or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
