Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
3 tablespoons s Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh mixed herbs
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a small bowl or jar.

Prepare greens and vegetables.

When ready to dress salad, slowly add olive oil to other ingredients while whisking to blend the ingredients thoroughly. Immediately pour over salad and toss. OR, place a leakproof cover on the jar, shake the ingredients until well combined.

If a vegetable or grain salad, let rest for 10-15 minutes to let flavors meld.
