Ingredients

onion
4 or 5
tomatoes
3 cloves
garlic
10
serrano peppers
Vegetable oil
Salt
(to taste)
White pepper
1/2 cup
water
Preparation
1
Place all ingredients in
skillet
with enough oil to
fry.
Fry
until well-cooked.
Mash
with potato masher until
pureed.
Add water and a dash of white pepper.
Simmer
10 minutes.
