Brazillian Salsa Verde
Ingredients
1 bn parsley stems removed
(abt 2 cups)
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop the parsley and cilantro. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate until use.

Comments: This is very similar to Argentine Chimichurri, the major difference being the addition of cilantro. Give it a try!
