Parsley Mash

Ingredients

1 1/2 kg floury potatoes (King Edward Maris piper)
100 grams butter
150 ml hot milk
3 tablespoons flat parsley finely chopped

Preparation

Boil the potatoes until done drain well. Mash with the butter milk creme fraiche and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
