150 ml hot
milk
100 ml
creme fraiche
3 tablespoons flat
parsley
finely chopped
Preparation

Boil
the potatoes until done drain well.
Mash
with the butter milk creme fraiche and parsley.
Season
with
salt
and pepper to
taste
