Hot & Spicy Ribs

Ingredients
1 (3 lb.) rack pork ribs
2 tablespoons butter
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2/3 cup cider vinegar
cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Place large piece of aluminum foil over coals beneath grill to catch drippings. Baste meatiest side of ribs with sauce. Place ribs on grill meatiest side down 6 inches above low coals. Baste top side, close hood, cook 20 minutes, turn and baste. Cook additional 45 minutes or until done. Basting every 10-15 minutes with sauce.
