Peach Shake

Ingredients

125 grams skim milk
125 grams peach slices
150 grams nonfat yogurt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except ice cubes in blender for 30 seconds.

Add ice cubes one by one. Mix until mixture is smooth, pour into a tall glass, and serve immediately.
