Fresh Artichokes Stuffed

Ingredients
3 artichokes stems, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups bread crumbs, seasoned
1 cup parmigiano -reggiano cheese, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chicken broth

Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients ( artichoke stems, garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper), take the artichoke from the water and with a tablespoon fill the middle and separate the leaves and fill with stuffing. Place them in a large pot with 1 cup of the lemon water and chicken broth. Place the lid on and simmer on low heat for 45 to 55 minutes or until the leaves of the artichoke pull off easily.
