Cut onions and capsicum in a triangle shape. Peel and thinly chop the ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan, add oil and fry the onions and capsicum until golden brown, then add the ginger and garlic. Add salt, ajino moto, soy sauce, chilli powder, and pepper powder; stir.

Add boiled soya and pour in 1 1/2 cup water, then cover the pan. When the water has mostly reduced,mix in the wheat flour to thicken.
