My Asian Calamari

Ingredients
500 grams fresh squid rings
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon all spice powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon paprika
some oil for frying

Shake well and start to put inside the squid rings by batches.

Fry them at once and make sure the oil is hot!

About
My Asian Calamari is different...you have to marinate it overnight. Once you take out from the fridge, coat with flour mixture and fry at once...while still cold. Yes, thats the trick . The result is wonderfully satisfying, so soft yet crunchy.
