Cut red pepper into 1/4" peices.

Heat oil on medium heat.

Add brussel sprouts, chick peas, kosher salt, black pepper and red pepper(s) to oil. Sautee and flip sprouts until sprouts are a light golden brown on both sides.

Cook rice.

Serve vegetable mixture over rice. Add soy sauce for seasoning if desired.
