Ingredients
100 grams (~ 3.5 oz.) shredded coconut

Boil fresh milk with cinnamon stick, cloves and coconut for about 20 minutes - or until 10%%-15%% of the milk has evaporated.

Strain into a large bowl, removing as much of the coconut as possible.

Pour into a container (preferably glass) and place in the freezer.
