Dal Butter Makhani

Soak dal and rajma together for overnight.

Pressure cook dal with salt,soda and double of the water for 1/2 hr.

Cook the dal on sim gas.

Stir it continously till dal becomes thick.

Make paste of onions and tomatoes, ginger , garlic flakes,chillies together.

Add dry masala

Cook till oil left.

Add cream and cook till oil seperates.

Serve hot with nan and rice.
