Neverfail Pizza Base

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon castor sugar
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Add the yeast, sugar, and water in a small bowl and mix together. Set aside for 5 minutes or until bubbly.

In a larger bowl add the flour, oil, and yeast mixture. Using a butter knife, mix everything together then knead it for 5 minutes on a floured surface.

Grease the bowl with olive oil and place the dough back in. Put the bowl somewhere warm and cover with a teatowel. Leave it for 30 minutes or until at least doubled in size.

Knead the dough and roll into desired size. Cook at 180 degrees for approximately 17mins but keep an eye on it as time varies with different ovens.
