Grilled Broccoli and Fennel

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Foil

Preparation

Wash and cut broccoli into florets, peeling stem if needed before including

Wash and peel the outer layers of fennel(save for another use)

Slice fennel into 1/4 inch pieces

Tear off a sheet of foil large enough to make a packet for vegetables

Pile veggies into center of packet

Sprinkle with olive oil and place butter on top

Lift top and bottom edge of foil to center over vegetables. Fold over neatly to seal them together. Continue folding until you reach vegetables.

Flatten left and right sides of packet neatly and fold inward on each side, until packet is completely sealed.

Place on medium grill and allow to steam for 10 - 15 minutes.

Open carefully (steam will escape) and serve.
