Petits Gateaux Filled Muffins

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: (For ≈ 20 pieces)
250 grams flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons whipping cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Melt chocolate in a bain marie your black or white. (See tip)

In a bowl, pour your flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

Mix the ingredients, dig a well and add your eggs and milk.

Bat all with a whisk to a smooth paste.

Arrange in the bottom of your molds 2 tablespoons of batter then add your filling, cover with paste.

Bake at 200 degrees for 18, 20 minutes.

Turn out right out of the oven.
