Fireside Garlic Noodles
Ingredients
1 14oz Package makes 2 Large bowls. Do not use dry noodles.)
NANKA SEIMEN- FUTONAGA UDON (Red and Yellow package UDON NOODLES)
1 Green Onion (Chopped)
1/2 Red Onion (Slivered)
1 whole Chicken (Boiled and diced)
1 can Chicken Broth- clear broth
teaspoons Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Salt (Dash)
Accent (Dash)
2 pats Margarine
Tabasco Sauce (Dash)

Cook noodles per package instructions (Approx. 1-1/2 to 2 cups per serving).

In individual serving bowls that can be place in the oven, (bowls should have a 3 cup capacity). Place onion powder and garlic in bottom of each bowl. Place bowl under broiler to lightly brown spices. Remove, then add the black pepper, salt, parsley, accent, and Tabasco. Add small amount of chicken broth and stir.

Fill bowl 2/3 full of noodles, and pour hot broth to top of the noodles. (More or less to suit individuals).

Place soft margarine on sides of bowl.

On top of noodles, place hand full of Parmesan cheese, diced chicken, green and red onions.
