Ingredients
10 cubes
cheese
(grated)
4 small
onions
(finely chopped)
2 tablespoons
coriander
leaves (finely chopped)
20
bread
slices
8
green chillies
(finely chopped)
pepper
powder (as per taste)
salt
to taste
oil
for deep frying
Preparation

In a bowl
mix
together cheese, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper and
salt.

Trim
the sides of the
bread.

Flatten each
bread
slice
with a
rolling
pin.

Before you start making the cheese balls, apply little water on each
bread
slice.

Place a heaped tbsp of the cheese mixture in the centre of the
bread.

Gather sides and shape it into a ball.

Repeat with the remaining
bread
slices
and cheese mixture.

Deep fry
in hot oil till golden.

Serve
with tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce.
