Turkey Breast Stuffed With Apricots & Cilantro

Ingredients
You will need:
1 pound – 10 turkey breast
1 teaspoon paprika
Stuffing:
1/4 of a lemon (with skin)
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup dried Apricots

Preheat oven 350 degrees:

Roast turkey for 20 minutes per pound.

Add a cup of water to drippings to make a simple gravy.
