Healthy Cake

Ingredients

1 cup oil
1 cup Mix ground walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower
2 cups flour
1 cup oats
2 cups sugar
100 grams raisins
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Stir flour with baking powder, oat flakes and ground walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower. Add mineral water, oil, sugar .. mix and finally add the remaining ingredients, combine all and pour into greased pan diameter 32 cm. Bake 50 minutes at 200 degrees. Cool and then cut as desired.
