Irish Liver Fryed ( Belfast Style )

Ingredients

1 cup lb baby beef liver 8 slices of bacon 1

Preparation

Cut bacon in half and fry in frying pan, when fryed remove keep on side plate warm add little olive oil butter to cover pan. cut liver to good size pieces put in plastic bag with flour coat well fry coated liver on good heat on both sides until nice crispy finnish after all liver fryed cut up 2 large onions in rings add to pan with bacon keep stiring all ingredients together keeping an eye not to burn serve hot with lots ma
