Nutritious Omelet

Preparation

Take half of onion and three heads of garlic, rub them all down using a kitchen slicer right onto the skillet

Put the skillet on high fire with that mass for as long as it takes you break three eggs into a bowl.

Whisk the warmed up onions/garlic mass into the eggs in the bowl.

Whisk the contents of the bowl by adding two square slices of American cheese torn into thumbnail- sized pieces, add salt and pepper.

Put one tablespoon of butter on the skillet, give it some twenty seconds to warm up, and pour the contents of the bowl into it.

Seconds into the cooking, check to see if the bottom of the omelet have become crisp; using a large spatula, flip the omelet over.

Cook until desired doneness.
