My Creamy Buttered Chicken-Potato Pasta

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram of spaghetti noodles cooked al dente
1/4 kilogram chicken breast boiled and shredded
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 kilogram baby potatoes boiled
2 tablespoons dried basil leaves
1 package of cream
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a non stick pan, melt butter and add cooking oil.

Add the chicken and baby potatoes and cooked till it turns a bit fried.

Add dried basil leaves.

Set aside.

In another pan, Place 2 tbsp of butter.

Add the cornstarch and mix well.

Add the milk, cream and cheese then simmer.Add salt or pepper as desired.

Add the cooked pasta and the cooked chicken-potato mixture.

Mix well till the pasta is fully covered with the sauce.

Place in a container then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.

Cooked in the oven for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
