1 1/2 cups Gram flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
3/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
1/2 cup Raisins and cashews
1 teaspoon Ghee
Preparation

Sieve the gram flour and then prepare a batter by mixing it with water.

Don’t let it turn crispy. Drain it from oil and immediately drop them into the sugar syrup.

Leave it in the sugar syrup for few minutes and drain it.

Repeat the same process for the whole batter.

Let it cool for few minutes.

Shape them into numerous balls of desired size immediately when it is warm ,otherwise it is hard to make balls.

Decorate them with some pistachios on top .

Scrumptious laddoos are ready to dig in .
