Punjabi Kulfi

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Khoya
1 tablespoon Butter
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
1 tablespoon Pistachio chopped
1 tablespoon Almond chopped
15 Saffron threads

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in milk and heat on medium heat with constant stirring to avoid sticking to the pan .

When milk (mixture) become thick, pour in moulds and freeze in a freezer for 6-8 hours.

Remove from mould and serve.
