Greek Inspired Pizza

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Unroll pizza dough on a cooking spray coated pizza tray or baking sheet, push dough to ends of the pan and indent to create a crust.

Spread a few spoonfuls of hummus onto the dough for the sauce. Use the bottom side of the spoon to spread.

Slice 20 (or more) kalamata olives to small rings and spread over hummus.

Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the olives and hummus.

Bake in a 425 degree oven 9 – 13 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

About

It's Lent so I can't eat meat on Fridays. I’m one that’d get tired of pasta and salad rather quickly so I thought of something else tasty to eat. I came up with a Greek inspired pizza. It’s super simple to make for lunch or dinner. At the beginning of the year, I told myself that I’d create a meal or two on my own without the aid of a cookbook… this pizza was just the start.
