Gluten Free Brownie

Ingredients

750 grams Butter
600 gm Chocolate, High Cocoa content
700 grams ground almonds

Preparation

Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate in a large saucepan, allow to cool and add the almonds and then whisk in the eggs one by one.

Pour into a prepared bakewell tray and cook for 20-25 mins at 160 C

Test the cake at 20mins should be soft to the touch but with a crust on the top.

Leave to cool completely before cutting into triangles.

This is so simple to make. You can also add orange oil, just a few drops will add a new dimension to these brownies......
