Paprika Mushrooms

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon rose paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup sour cream

Preparation

In a skillet, heat the butter, add the onion and saute until golden.

Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes.

Stir in the seasonings and flour. Cook 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Stir in teh sour cream and heat gently. Do not let boil.

Serve on toast or in patty shells.
