Chocolate Haystack Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups (12 oz bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts chopped
1 Can (3oz) Chow Mein Noodles
Preparation

Melt Chocolate on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir & melt an additional 30 seconds if needed.

Gently fold in pecans & chow mein noodles.

Drop small bundles onto waxed paper lined baking sheet & chill until hardened.

Recipe Variations:

Peanut– Reduce Chocolate chips to 1 cup & add 1 cup Peanut Butter chips.

Rocky Road–Add 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Butterscotch--Replace Chocolate chips with Butterscotch chips.
