Meat Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of sausage (I prefer HILLSHIRE FARM) finely chopped
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 sleev of RITZ Crackers, finely chopped
1 egg
Dash of salt and pepper

Preparation

Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in a bowl, (I recommend using your hands). Roll the meat into a ball and place in a greased muffin tin. The meat should not exceed the height of the tin. Bake for 30 minutes.

Make your favorite instant mashed potato mix and place on top of the meat. Serve and enjoy!
