Roasted Corn Satey Lolli Pops..

Ingredients
For corn satey roll.
10 satey sticks,
1 sweetcorn roasted,
2 boiled and grated potatoes,
1 green chilly cut,
1 tablespoon cut coriander leaves,
2 tablespoons grated paneer,
1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder,
1/2 teaspoon lime juice,
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar,
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala,
oil to fry
roll in crumbs.
1/2 cup bread crumbs,
some salt and red chilly powder to taste
for the paste
1 tablespoon corn flour,
1 teaspoon cream,
salt to taste

Remove all corn kernels.

In a bowl take grated potatoes, add the grated paneer.

Also add cut green chilly and coriander leaves.

Add Red chilly powder, chaat masala, salt, sugar and lime

Take 'satey stick' covering half of the stick,

Put the above mixture looking like the sheek kabab.

Use water as needed.

Make all corn satey lollipops, first dip in maida batter then

Satey lolli pops until golden brown..
