Take a wok like pan (or something similar) and add 3 tbsp of oilve oil. When oil is warm add the pancetta and pasta, mix until both ingredientes are well united. At this point add the beaten eggs, black pepper and grated pecorino cheese. Mix well stirring constantly but gently to avoid eggs becoming scramble eggs but yet cook through.
