Palak Paneer Rice

Wash &clean the palak leaves and boil or blanch them. Grind to a paste, the palak eaves,tomato, onion, green chilly, ginger , garlic and add turmeric pd , cumin seeds . Put a pan to heat , add oil , then add the ground paste. Stir for 7-8 mins. Now add salt , sugar and some more garam masala . A tasty gravy to mix with the rice is ready.

Put a pan to heat , add the ghee the fry the paneer Pieces until light brown in color, take them out. Now add the mustard seeds, green chilly and the onion. Stir and sprinkle some salt, add the half portion of cooked rice and the paneer pieces, also add the lime juice and this rice is ready. Layer the green rice and the onion\ paneer rice and serve.
