Grilled Tomato-Basil Chicken
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 plum tomatoes, quartered
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves, or 4 skinned (2.2 oz.) thighs
4 plum tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in food processor bowl with steel blade; process until smooth. Set aside ΒΌ cup tomato mixture.

Place chicken in large heavy duty zip-top plastic bag.

Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.
