Hot! Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Canola oil
1 1/2 cups chopped pumpkin
1 tablespoon cumin
1 large carrot, chopped

Preparation

Heat pressure cooker

Once hot, add oil, saute onion until translucent

Add garlic and chilis, and saute for 2 minutes

Add pumpkin and carrots

Add salt, pepper, and cumin powder, mix well and cook for five minutes

Add 5 cups of water

Put pressure cooker lid on and let it whistle twice

Once remove lid, puree soup and sprinkle with fresh coriander
