Tasty Methi Paratha with Cheese n Paneer filling..

Ingredients

For the dough..
2 teaspoons Bengal gram flour, (besan),
4 tablespoons Methi leaves,
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves,
1 tablespoon Curd,
1 tablespoon Oil,
1 teaspoon Sugar,
1/2 teaspoon Red chilly powder,
1/2 teaspoon Ginger\Garlic paste,
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder,
Salt to taste.
For the filling..
4 tablespoons grated Cheese,
4 tablespoons grated Paneer,
1 teaspoon Coriander leaves,

Preparation

For making the dough..

Mix all ingredients well and use water to make a soft dough.

Mix all filling ingredients well.

Now put a tava to heat to make the paratha.

Take a lemon size dough, roll a little put some filling in it,

seal well, roll some more and put on the tava, use ghee or oil

to make the paratha, until golden brown.
