Lentils and Spinach Soup

Preparation

Brown the sliced onion, and bacon in olive oil.

Slice the carrot and celery and throw them in the pan.

Open the lentils jar and wash off their water.

Put the lentils in the pan .

Add the bouillon cube ,water and boil for at least 40 minutes.

Then wash the spinach under running water .Cut off the roots and

Throw the leaves into the soup .

Cook for 10 minutes.
