Lettuce Cream

Ingredients

6 For persons:
750 grams of lettuce
100 grams of fresh cream
4 slices of white bread (pancarrè)
Grated Parmesan (If you want it)

Preparation

In a frying pan, brown lettuce in extra-virgin oil with the onion.

Whip it whit cream and make it gather.

In the mean time beat the eggs with 2 spoon of Parmesan cheese.

In the frying pan, fry the white bread.

Put the cream in a pot and cook it for 10-15 minutes.

Serve it hot whit the croûtons of white bread.
