Lutong Tuyo
Ingredients
A Pound of Pork, Chopped into Cubes
1/2 kilogram of liver, Ground into Paste
1/2 a can of Liver Spread for intense flavor (Optional)
1 kilogram tomatoes, Sliced into Quarters
3 cloves of Garlic, Chopped
1 bulb of Onion, Chopped
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Depending to Taste)
4 tablespoons White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt (Depend to Taste)
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper (Fine)
2 tablespoons Vegetable cooking Oil
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

Low the Heat of the Pan

Add in Pork and cook it in high heat

Add th fish Sauce for Extra Taste Until the Smell of the Sauce Evaporates

The Tricky part Add in Vinegar
(Note in adding the Vinegar don't Stir or put on Lid Until the Acidic Smell of the Vinegar is Gone ) Note: This is Strickly be Followed or Everything Will be Ruined!

this Is an Original Recipe of my Grand Mother
as you can see It looks like its Salty but The liquids of Tomatoes, pork and liver will lessen the Saltiness and of course you can add a little of Water if it is too salty for you or you don't Have to add more salt.
