Almond-Nut Macaroons

Ingredients

Beat egg whites until stiff -> slowly add sugar through sifter.

In a seperate bowl, combine almonds, nuts and cinnamon and add to wet ingredients spoon by spoon.

Spread batter with a teaspoon or use a ziploc bag (shown in the video below).

Bake at 340° for 8-10 minutes.

Cool off for 20-30 minutes.

If you like, sprinkle or dip in chocolate.

These almond-nut macaroons came about while trying to make cinnamon star cookies (post recipe & video in 2-3 days).
It is basically the same recipe- just add 1 more egg white.

You do not need any type of flour, which makes it naturally gluten free, they also don't require many ingredients in total or time!
Which is why I will make these anytime of the year....
