Bulacan is a province of Philippines and their sweets have been famous delicacies. Pastillas de leche, Pastillas de yema, Pastillas de ube, Macpuno(ube balls), Minasa, Inipit, Ensaymada, Cassava(rice cakes), Puta, Kalamay, Suman, among others.
