Scallop Squash

About

A Scallop Squash is a small, flat, squash that features a scalloped edge. They are sometimes pale green, white, or yellow in color. It gives off a slightly sweet and nutty flavor to any dish.

The smaller scallop squash can be steamed or braised or served as part of a vegetable dish, but when they are larger, they may be stuffed with vegetables, meat or cheese and baked.
