Masa trigo makes ground wheat flour tortillas also known as tortillas de harina de trigo. Some are thicker and shorter and used in making sweets, some are very large at about 18" and thin and when served are folded into fourths, and the most commonly seen are light, flexible and somewhat thin and are about 6".
Masa trigo mix is made by several companies, the most often seen is by Quaker.
