About
Cobia is a large slim fish with a broad depressed head and a potruding lower jaw. The dark brown body of the Cobia is smooth, and contains small scales and large pelvic fins.
Cobia is considered to be among the very best in seafood in terms of taste and texture. This fish is usually sold fresh and is often served grilled or poached.
