About
A saltwater fish from warm, temperate, and tropical waters. It averages 30-50 pounds and is easily identifiable by its extremely elongated fin. Its flesh is sweet and pink. It is often baked, broiled, grilled, fried or sauteed. It is often used in Shark Fin soup.
