Don't get me wrong, I love tortillas but when I'm watching my carb intake, I like to turn to other taco shell alternatives. These shells can be as simple as a kale leaf, a good source of iron and vitamin K, or you can prepare gluten-free options such as cauliflower or chickpea taco shells.
