Warm summer days means that I don't want to heat up the kitchen. My cooking turns into grilling, and desserts have to be refreshingly chilly. This no-bake chocolate peanut butter dessert is a dream come true. The two classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter get married, and there is nothing tastier than a peanut butter cup themed cake. Making the dessert is simple. A crunchy Oreo crust is topped a sweetened peanut butter layer. Then whipped topping is folded in to make the peanut butter as light as air. Top that with chopped peanut butter cup candies (naturally.) Finally make a rich chocolate pudding and fold that into more whipped topping and top the dish. Cover with a layer of more Oreo crumbs and chill. That's it!
