Take this recipe for 5 ingredient grilled chicken from Fuss Free Cooking. It has all the elements of a great grilled dish. The results are crispy, sticky, flavorful and tender. All the things you want to get from a carefully prepared main dish. It's also easy to prep. Who wants to have high maintenance meals when it's hot outside?

I try to cook more than needed just so I can serve the leftovers. This chicken is heavenly on top of a fresh salad for lunch the next day.
Finish this meal with a grilled fruit if you have it. Peaches are in season right now, and something magical happens when you grill peach halves. Take a look at this recipe from Kayotick Kitchen: Grilled Peaches with Caramel Sauce, for inspiration. Who could say no?
