Changing our eating over to the spring means lighter foods with fresh flavors. Even the lightest of suppers can benefit from a sweet dessert though. We found some lovely cakes (and even a sweet pie) that all speak to the fresh, delightful food season. It's time to break out the bakeware and invite the flavors of spring into the kitchen.
