Fair food is arguably some of most creative and certainly the tastiest stuff you will indulge in throughout the year. Who doesn't love the taste of a freshly fried funnel cake? All the choices of standard fair food become part of the reason that everyone loves going back each year.
Oklahoma State Fair always has something new to unveil each year. This year, it's something that sounds so delicious, we want to go there and check it out for ourselves. You know, for work.
They have just unveiled the latest treat for the 2014 season. It's Deep Fried Gummy Bears, and it's going to be amazing! They even look cool:
Gummy bears are a sweet, chewy treat. They are loved by everyone and have been in the news quite a bit thanks to sites like Vat 19, even bears weighing 20 pounds are available. Of course, the availability of gummy bears doesn't mean you can't have fun making your own! We found a great video explaining the process. It's worth the extra time. Plus, you could make your own little gummy bears and then deep fry them yourself. You know, just to hold you over until you can get to the fair!
